Student Shoots Himself After Teacher Refused To Praise Marilyn Manson
A Sad Sad Day in rock history, although I prefer not to spoil the genre since I wouldn't necessarily consider the garbage Marilyn Manson is as "rock". An eighth-grade student at Larose-Cut Middle School in Louisiana shot himself in the head last Monday after his teacher supposedly refused to praise the musican known as Marylin Manson. The students survived the blow to the head, although he remains in critical condition at the hospital. The fifteen-year-old boy named Justin Doucet had reportedly barged into Jessica Plaisance's seventh-grade English class and demanded that everyone get on the ground. He then told the teacher to say "Hail Marilyn Manson." Doucet fired the gun at the woman twice. The first time it didn’t go off and the second time the bullet flew above her head and left a hole in the wall behind her. Following the shooting, the school was put on lockdown where the students were searched for weapons and then picked up early by their parents. The school continues to remain with added security.

This is the last drop in the glass. I'm tired of hearing bullsh*t stories from teens, parents, and media about how bad metal is. Only because a kid tells their parents that it was because of Marilyn Manson doesn't really mean that he isn't lying. I mean in my opinion we should all blame rap since it is the only type of music that talks about killing off others, doing drugs and having sex.
ReplyDeleteFor one his music is most deffinately not garbage. If you would actually take two seconds to listen to the music or read the lyrics their amazing and its art and they relate to a lot of people. And i am so sick of people talking about how he causes school shootings and all the rumors that go around about him. This accident here if he said that how do we not know that he was mentaly ill or had this all planned to take out the teacher? We dont. Just like other school shootings maybe it was because of all the bullsh!t that he took and he couldnt take it anymore. Music exspesses who you are it dosnt make you do horrid things. But then again thats just my own opinion.
